My mission is to efficiently support and accelerate changes for the better, both in personal life and business. My work results in practical, substantial and profound effects.

By nature, educational background and many years of professional experience I am a researcher, and an entrepreneur. I have worked for a market research company, several multinational corporations, a strategic advisory firm and as a freelance consultant. I was involved in market research, strategy development, preparing concepts of new product launches. I have also run my own business. A few years ago I decided to focus exclusively on what has always been my passion and makes the most sense for me.

Before that I consciously analysed my own life, living through better and worse times, I watched my relatives and people in my environment, I researched customer behaviour, their motivations and hidden patterns. I was continuously searching for answers at a deeper level. At the same time, as I am a very practical person, I searched for instruments to bring visible effects and cause essential and permanent change for the better. Nowadays I apply in my work methods that really work.

Why do we experience persistent difficulties and obstacles? How can we change the recurring, destructive patterns in our lives? What makes us react to a situation in an disproportionate way, leaving us suffering and unable to understand ourselves? What is the cause of health problems, assuming that in a particular case they cannot be explained by lifestyle or genetic predisposition. 

Why do we change jobs and environment, hoping to leave behind our difficult experiences, only to face situations which we feel are very similar? How to set free from a financial crunch? How can we successfully overcome our limitations to discover and live up to our potential?

Why certain projects or campaigns in companies end with a success „against all odds“, while some other, despite all the „right“ decisions, do not bring the expected result, how to enhance their odds? Why one company flourishes, while another one, of comparable or even greater potential, hits continous roadblocks, which cannot be sufficiently explained by external factors? Sure, you can always prepare new presentations, which would point to reasons such as changes in the market, competitive pressure, economic slowdown and a million different causes… but… is that really the point?

Ever more clearly, I have been coming to the conclusion that there is something deeper which influences the superficial reality, which we experience.

After years of searching I learned the systemic constellations, a method allowing to see our experiences in a different light, answering many questions about the root causes of our problems, and bringing about lasting change.

At the same time I have always been very interested in our overall condition, well-being, healthy and stimulating relationships, mental and physical health. I have  not been satisfied with superficial answers. For years I have been studying the holistic approach of natural medicine, in everyday life I applied the principles of Chinese and then Ayurvedic medicine, I explored breathing techniques and meditation, until my encounter with psychobiology.

Years of education, contemplation of myself and the world, countless workshops I attended, hundreds of books I read and long hours in meditation led me on the path to my own self. Today I can serve others fully and with joy. I specialise in turning the difficult into a capability and a resource.

I would hereby like to thank my Parents, all my Ancestors, all my Teachers, Guides, Therapists, Authors, my Relatives, who have supported me through the hardest moments, and many people whom I have met along the way, who often unconsciously taught me and still teach me lessons and contribute to my personal development.
